What is MST3K
MST3K, or Mystery Science Theater 3000 is a long running comedy series about a science experiment. In this experiment, a maniacal mad scientist launches an unwitting, and good-natured janitor into space. He then is forced to watch bad movies, and the doc, Dr. Forrester, studies the test-subject's, Joel's, mind. Joel, being a bit of a mechanical genius, uses some of the special parts on the Sattelite of Love, to make his counterparts, Crow T. Robot, Tom Servo, and of course their pilot, Gypsy. He infused in Crow, and Tom, his own knowledge of obscure facts and sense of humor, thus making perfect companions for the space-bound janitor. After several years, and hundreds of bad movies, Joel escapes via an escape pod hidden in a box of hamdingers. Dr. Forrester, and his assistant, TV's Frank, distraught over the loss of their experiment send Mike, a temp working maintinence, in Joel's place. After numerous bad movies for poor Mike, he and the robots are shot into deep space, seemingly into oblivion. However, due to some form of warp they all end up back on the Sattelite of love, now being pursued by the mad doctor's mother. After destroying a few planets, and making a few enemies, the experiment is ended, as the sattelite crashes to earth, leaving Crow, Tom, and of course, young Mike, to watch bad movies from the comfort of their own living room.

Best show Ever?
Aside from the Simpsons, yes. I love this show so much, and I hope that it will be picked up by another network... I always loved Joel and the sense of family he brought to the Sattelite of love, but Mike was a worthy heir. All you MSTies out there, please send mail to SciFi's parent network, USA, and get THEM to pick up the gem of Best Brains Inc., at the following adress: USA Networks Inc. 152 West 57th Street 42nd floor New York, N.Y. 10019 Adress to Mr. Barry Diller.

What can one say about MST3K?
Not much, that's why I'm out of ideas. Hoped you enjoyed the page, and hope you have a new appreciation for MST. If you have never seen the show, I strongly suggest you go rent MST3K; The Movie. It's a good representation of the show, and EXTREMELY FUNNY. So go get it, you commy... (It'll make sense once you see the movie, trust me.)
